All turbo units are sent back home with upgraded internals where available, this means high quality seal rings, upgraded oil plates, oversize thrust collars etc....
Everything is cleaned, inspected, built and balanced in house, if you have broken parts please understand that can add to the above numbers.
-Turn around time for turbochargers does vary, depending on services ordered, any complications etc. Average turn around for a standard rebuild on most turbos falls into a 8-16 business days.
-When sending your part in please have it as stripped as possible, serves multiple purposes in saving you labor cost and exposing any other issues lurking around.
-All turbos have a standard 1 year warranty directly through me again any issues or failures regarding the rotating assembly.
